Person making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age. There must be at least one registered guest who is at least 21 years old.

All guests and visitors must be registered with Sol Y Mar. Only registered guests and visitors may use the amenities. No visitor may spend more than 24 consecutive hours on the property without prior permission from Sol Y Mar. Visitors spending more than 24 consecutive hours on the property may be charged a fee.

No one under the age of 21 shall partake of alcoholic beverages on the property.

Illegal drugs and paraphernalia are not allowed on the property.

No smoking of any kind allowed inside the unit or within 15 feet of any door or window of the building. Cigarette and cigar butts must be properly disposed of. No smoking in or around the pool area or tiki room.

Quiet Time is between 11 PM and 8 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

The property is on a septic system, so it very important that the following rules are strictly followed:

1. Do not flush anything down the toilet other than septic safe toilet paper and human waste.
2. Do not pour any grease, greasy liquid, drano and similar chemicals, cleaners, bleach, mop water, or sand down the drains.
3. Do not put food scraps down the drains or toilet. Please put them in the garbage can.

Holding events/parties on the property is strictly prohibited without prior permission by Sol Y Mar and registration of all attending visitors.

Please only park in designated parking areas.
